Terms of service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
By using Amazon Scout you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English and apply equally to humans and AI agents using our API.
1. What you get
Access to the scrape engine, dashboard, REST API, MCP server, and x402 pay-per-call endpoint per your plan.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Amazon Scout for category research, competitive intelligence, dataset construction, dropshipping research, and any other lawful business purpose. You must not use it to (a) bypass rate limits on Amazon, (b) build personalised profiles of identifiable Amazon shoppers or sellers without consent, (c) violate any applicable law, or (d) infringe intellectual-property rights.
3. Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period plays out. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Refunds are at our discretion and granted promptly when warranted.
4. Service limits and uptime
Amazon Scout runs on a best-effort SLA: we target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scale-tier customers can request a written SLA with credits for outages. Upstream marketplace changes (Amazon-side captchas, layout changes, geo-blocks) may cause job failures — those are refunded automatically to your credit balance.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the data is fit for any particular purpose. Verify before you act.
6. Liability
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can cancel any time. We can terminate accounts that violate §2 with notice (immediately for clear abuse).
8. Governing law
Delaware, USA. Disputes go to arbitration in the same jurisdiction unless a non-waivable consumer-protection law says otherwise.
9. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll notify active customers by email and post a dated update here.
10. Contact
Anything legal: contact form.
